    Programme Overview

    We were appointed as the activation partner for a Scuderia Ferrari F1 Team Partner.

    Our aim was to deliver premium hospitality and brand activations across 16 Grand Prix races per season, over two seasons. 

    Operating both on and off track, we showcased the Team Partner’s products within the global motorsport environment, enabling direct engagement with international live audiences.

     

    Our Responsibilities Across All Races

    Guest Communications

    · Designed branded ‘Save the Date’ and ‘Formal Invitations’ for all guests.

    · Managed RSVPs, guest requests and tracking across shared platforms.

    Travel

    · Airport transfers for all guests, ensuring a smooth experience for those who matter most. 

    · Daily transport between hotels and circuits based on hospitality access.

    Accommodation

    · Managed a variety of stay durations and room types, from run of house rooms (ROH)to top level Suites.

    · Built and managed VIP welcome gift bags and room drops.

    Hospitality

    · Allocation and hand-delivery of hospitality passes.

    · We sourced additional tickets where guest numbers exceed sponsorship allocations. 

    Team Partner Merchandise

    · Managed international ordering, stock control and on-site build and distribution.

    · Gift bags included branded items such as: a backpack, Ferrari cap, Ferrari polo or quarter zip, branded water bottle or coffee flask and Ferrari flags.

    Debrief and Internal Reporting

    · Post-race reports covering itineraries, attendance, feedback, logistics performance and merchandise distribution 

     

    We showcased the Team Partner’s products within the global motorsport environment, enabling direct engagement with international live audiences.

    Moment Spotlight: 2023 Monza Grand Prix

    · Hosted across Milan with track activity at Autodromo Nazionale Monza, this four-day programme blended race viewing with structured business networking.

    · Managed two hospitality tiers before upgrading all guests to Ferrari Paddock Club for qualifying and race day.

    · Produced a 60-guest semi-private product briefing and dinner following practice sessions.

    · Delivered daily guest transfers between Milan and the circuit.

    · Curated multiple evening dining experiences to encourage smaller-group commercial conversations.

    · Positioned the hotel environment as an extension of the hospitality programme.

     

    Highlight: 2023 Las Vegas Grand Prix

    · A five-day high-energy programme across the Las Vegas Grand Prix, combining a hero brand activation event off-site and race hospitality.  

    · Secured Opening Ceremony access for early-arrival guests.

    · Managed evening circuit attendance for qualifying and race sessions.

    · Hosted a private networking reception ahead of practice sessions.

    · Delivered a large-scale branded golf competition at Topgolf Las Vegas, including:
    ‣ Full location branding and custom animated screen content
    ‣ Professional golfer-led coaching session
    Partner presentation and prize ceremony 

    · Hosted guests at F1’s private recovery brunch which took over the Sphere.

     

    A five-day high-energy programme across the Las Vegas Grand Prix, combining a hero brand activation event off-site and race hospitality

    Highlight: 2024 Monaco Grand Prix

    · A boutique luxury programme for 25 guests built around exclusive Grand Prix viewing and high-end off-track hosting, concluding with post-race dining in Nice. 

    · Secured a premium terrace overlooking the start/finish line.

    · Delivered full-service terrace hospitality across qualifying and race day, offering breakfast and lunch.

    · Managed complex transport routes across Monaco race closures.

    · Sourced a private château to act as the programme’s hosting base.

    · Produced a 40-person networking welcome reception with partner presentation. 

    · Hosted a private BBQ and post-race restaurant takeover. 

     

    Event Impact

    We transformed a sponsorship entitlement into a fully realised hospitality programme over two seasons.

    Every race was an opportunity to deepen client relationships, showcase the brand and deliver experiences that went far beyond the circuit.
